We are now set up to issue Releve 24 forms for the Summer of 2010.

Please make sure we have your social insurance number on your camp forms and the correct spelling of the listed payor so that we can issue them when the time comes.

(we have on file but when it is sent in typed out there is no mistaking the spelling )

Payors full name and social insurance number
