Opening hours

 

The pool is open 7days per week, from  the end of June until August 27th 2010.

Monday to Friday :             4:00 to  8:00pm      Members & General / Public  Swim

                                          .

                                                    * Open to all members and guests according to rules 4 and 5

                                           4:00 to  8:00pm      1st 15 minutes of hour / Adult Swims only

 

                                       

Saturday  & Sundays      1h00 to 8:00pm  (this may be 8pm)  Members &General swim

Hours of operation are subject to change and will be posted when necessary at the pool.

- No refunds;

- After July 10th , registration for seasonal passes closes.  Pay as you come after this date.

Rules

 

1.    Parents are at all times responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour in the pool territory.

2.    The lifeguard on duty has the authority to ensure that all people in the pool territory follow the regulations.

3.    Only committee members and lifeguards are permitted in the chalet.

4.    Children from 7 years and under are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult (16 years and older).

5.    Children from 8 to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult if they’re not qualified for deep-end swimming.

6.    Only CAS or lifeguard approved flotation devices are allowed in the pool area.

7.    Running and pushing are not permitted in the pool area.

8.    Blaspheming, insulting or threatening people are strictly forbidden in the pool area. Respect and politeness are required. The lifeguard has the right to ask people to leave the pool area immediately and this must be obliged immediately.

9.    Food may be consumed in restricted areas only (no glass containers are allowed).  Bubble gum is not permitted while swimming.  No alcohol on the premises.

10. A shower must be taken before and after bathing.  Persons with long hair must have it tied up back or a bathing cap prior to entering the pool.

11. Smoking is not permitted in the pool area.

12. Cars must be parked in indicated areas in the parking lot.  Bicycles must be placed in the supplied rack, skateboards and roller blades are not permitted.

13. Ball games are not allowed in the pool area, except those provided by the persons in charge of the pool.

14. No pets are permitted in the pool area.

15. Diving in the pool is not allowed, except where indicated by the lifeguard.

16. For the safety and comfort of the members, the pool committee reserves itself

  the right to change or clarify the rules;

  the right to expel any member that does not respect the rules, to keep the security and comfort of the other members.

17. Without limit to the previous clauses, the committee of the pool and the pool staff will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or loss of personal property resulting from carelessness of any individual.
