« Summer Day Camp |The summer camp of 2010 had a very exciting and rewarding year for our campers and monitors. A good time was enjoyed by all and summer was definitely enjoyed to its utmost with activities such as daily swimming, daily kung fu, archery, canoeing, games, outings to super aqua, putting edge, funtropolis and kazoom. Many campers participated in the swimming lessons that were offered as well and wow what a difference that has made in their confidence in and around water. Thanks to all the children for giving us a very enjoyable summer !
This page will be kept up-to-date for 2011 summer on when and what the outings will be for each week…that are planned for each week . If you register your child for any of the outings here you will be able to see the days and times of outings and where.
Extra Events .. like:
Family Pool BBQ’s, (Campers will host their family for an afternoon BBQ at the pool)
Parent Shows - showcasing the childrens kung fu classes..it truly is amazing what a child can learn in a few weeks at camp. Parents are always amazed when they see this! We also invite children to show us other talents they have on these days.
Friday Night Kids Club evenings ( swim, spaghetti supper and a movie are a favorite for campers through the summer months.)
July 1st Canada Day Parade - Children are always welcome to join us as we participate in this fun event every year through the Streets of Pierrefonds-Roxboro. After the parade we enjoy a get to gether to celebrate Canada Day at the Roxboro Community PooL.
Dates will be posted at the Camp Reception board.
