- Thursday 9:00 am ( no practice on Thursday July 29 2010 )
- Thusday 14:00 pm(no practice at 14h00 on Thursday August 19th 2010)
- Thursday 20:00 pm
Sword practice
Thursday 21:00 to 21:30 pm (warm up has to be done before class)
- Saber practice
- Thursday 8:30 -9:00 am(warm up has to be done before class) (no practice on Thursday August 20th 2010)
- Friday 8:00 to 9:00 am (no practice on Friday August 6th 2010)
- please note: to participate to the Sword/Saber practices, you have to be warmed up prior to commencement of the form.
